What does this subscription offer?
Although this is a free subscription, you will get access to some powerful data management tools that go far beyond the standard Excel spreadsheet. Nowadays, many companies have their data scattered across various Excel spreadsheets which makes it difficult to keep up with any changes and revisions.
This subscription plan allows you to import all of your data from Excel or Google Sheets and keep all of your product data, such as items and BOMs organized and stored centrally in the cloud.

If your BOMs are scattered throughout various Excel spreadsheets and you are tired of updating each file manually, this subscription will get you out of the Excel mess and help you get your product data in order.

This subscription plan is ideal for a team or company that values data sharing and needs to incorporate different roles that determine what information can be accessed, e.g. engineering view, manufacturing view, purchasing view, etc. It also allows you to centrally store all of your product information from various sources, such as product structure, parts, files, documents, BOMs, and revisions.

This gives you everything you need from a simple yet powerful PLM system, flexible data model, change orders, change requests, notifications, and powerful data-sharing capabilities. This subscription is best suited for companies that need comprehensive product lifecycle management (PLM), including configuration management and change management processes (ECO/ECR). If you are a larger business that cannot rely solely on collaboration to maintain data integrity and govern changes, this is the subscription for you.

What does this subscription offer?
The Enterprise subscription provides you with a wide range of services and products that can be combined with other subscription services OpenBOM provides. This subscription gives you access to all the features and updates as well as allowing you to take advantage of additional support, custom development options, and the ability to customize deployment options.
You will have access to many integrations to different systems, such as CAD, PDM, ERP, etc. like in the lower subscription levels, however, with the Enterprise subscription, integrations with complex CAD integrations, such as CATIA, Creo, and NX, as well as PDM and ERP integrations (e.g. Oracle NetSuite) are also available as part of the Enterprise subscription for an additional fee.
The Enterprise subscription provides a set of robust infrastructures that can be used in a multi-tenant cloud environment, as well as deploy OpenBOM stack to a separate cloud-hosted environment. This subscription comes with a customized set of services (e.g. optional security features and custom integrations based on user requirements).
