Sharing and Collaborating on Catalogs

Sharing Catalog

  •       Navigate to the catalog you wish to share:

Locate and select the catalog you want to share from the catalog list.

  •       Access the Share menu from the Context Menu, All Catalog Page, or selected Catalog page.

  •       Choose sharing settings:

Select whom to share with and specify privileges.

  •       Click Share:

Once you’ve configured the sharing settings according to your preferences, confirm and initiate the sharing process by clicking the “Share” button.

When sharing a BOM, keep in mind that the catalog associated with it is automatically shared as well. Use the History menu in the Catalog to track changes and review previous actions for better management and organization.
