(1) Create an Onshape drawing as you normally would:

(2) In the desired BOM, (1) click the gear and (2) configure the properties you wish to appear in the BOM drawing using the drawing template UI:

(3) Insert a BOM (1) and choose the desired openBoM BOM from “BOM apps” (2):

(4) The BOM will be inserted automatically.  Format the BOM as desired.
