There are several reasons why you cannot Sign In. Here is a list of common issues and fixes:
- Double check typing for email and password (mistyped email or password are the most common)
- Your account is not verified. Return to your email inbox and search for verification email, the title will be “openBoM registration confirmation and verification”.
- Check internet connection
NOTE: Until your account is verified you CANNOT reset your password.
If you cannot find verification email and your internet is fine, please contact OpenBOM support (email@example.com).
If your account was created by Team Administrator, check with this person to ensure your account has not been disabled.
