What if I cannot login?

There are several reasons why you cannot Sign In. Here is a list of common issues and fixes:

  1. Double check typing for email and password (mistyped email or password are the most common)
  2. Your account is not verified. Return to your email inbox and search for verification email, the title will be “openBoM registration confirmation and verification”.
  3. Check internet connection

NOTE: Until your account is verified you CANNOT reset your password.

If your account was created by Team Administrator, check with this person to ensure your account has not been disabled.
