Phase 1: Prepare

Phase 1: Prepare

  • You’ll receive our “Prep for Success!” Guide that we designed to teach you and your team how to prepare and standardize your data the right way.
 
  • You’ll be guided step by step through the initial setup tasks in the system to get up and running with OpenBOM.
 
  • You’ll complete our Getting Started Questionnaire which will help us assess your company’s current situation and goals, and prepare the live onboarding sessions to fit your company’s specific needs.

Phase 2: Build

  • You’ll receive a 1-hour live session with an OpenBOM specialist. In this private session your team will be walked through the entire BOM order process from start to finish, with personalized instructions that follow your company’s unique data flow.
 
  • After that you’ll be sent our virtual End-to-End BOM Order Process Walkthrough course, which you’ll have 24/7 access to via any device. We designed this e-learning course to be your review guide (or training tool for your users) of how to utilize OpenBOM, with step-by-step instructions and tutorial videos.
 
  • You’ll also receive our OpenBOM Step-by-Step Cheatsheet. This sheet can be printed out for your teammates to have at their work stations to use as a convenient, quick-reference guide to review any step of the BOM order process.

Phase 3: Handoff

  • You’ll receive a second 1-hour live session with our OpenBOM specialist. In this session you’ll run through the process from end to end and we’ll reflect on your company’s initial goals and process.
 
  • We will finetune and document any necessary changes and ensure that a solution is in place.
 
  • We’ll make sure that you accomplished all your aforementioned goals and identify any gaps or possible next steps.
